Stellina D'oro offers complimentary FedEx shipping on all orders. Our orders generally arrive within three to five business days from the shipping date.
Orders require a signature in order to complete delivery. If the purchaser is unable to sign for the order, an authorized legal individual with legal identification may provide the necessary signature.

Delivery Information
The shipping date for most orders is seven to ten business days from the date of purchase. If there are exceptions, the purchaser is advised during the transaction.
Shipping
Stellina D'oro ships to street addresses only. P.O. boxes or other similar addresses are not eligible for product shipment due to security purposes. All orders ship in anticipation of credit approval. Customer Support reserves the right to contact customers for additional information as required.
Customer Support contacts the purchaser if any shipping delays or delivery problems occur. We will advise of the delay, the explanation for the delay, and the course of action regarding the delay.
Tracking Your Order
Stellina D’oro provides email notification on the day of shipping. The email includes shipping affirmation and a tracking number to allow comprehensive order tracking. The tracking number can be monitored through FedEx online at www.fedex.com .
Order Cancellation
For order cancellations or changes, please contact us at 1-877-866-8440 with the order number and requested changes as soon as possible. The speed and quality of our shipping system requires any changes or cancellations to be made prior to three business days after order completion.
Most orders ship seven to ten business days after order completion.
Once orders have entered the shipping process, we cannot consider any changes or cancellations. Please consult the return policy for solutions. To maintain our shipping efficiency and quality, any cancellations or changes must take place prior to shipping.
Tax And Duties
Please note that you (the customer) are responsible for any customs tax
or duties. Your customs agency will contact you regarding any duties
for clearance. The customer must pay any additional charges for customs
clearance if any. Sellina d'oro has no control over these charges and
cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary from country
to country; you should contact your local customs office in order to be
fully informed.
Country Exclusions
We currently do not ship to a number of countries, such as Nigeria,
India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Yemen, Saudia
Arabia, Bahrain and Kuwait. If your country of residence or location to
ship is not listed please do enquire before placing your order to avoid
any inconvenience later. Please note that Stellina d'oro reserves the
right to refuse any International Order as per our discretion. In the
event that we are unable to ship to your country, we will inform you
immediately.
Stellina D'oro reserves the right to rescind or revise orders that appear suspect or falsified. All fraudulent transactions are reported to appropriate authorities as per our legal policy.
