non-engraved purchases. This guarantees customer satisfaction, ensuring
that all products are agreeable and meet high quality standards.
If customer satisfaction is not met for any reason, the
product can be returned within 5 days of shipment for a full refund or
exchange. The product must be returned in its original condition. Any
product that has been modified or customized by a third-party jeweler
will not be accepted for refund.
Any promotional items included with the purchase must be returned upon
expectation of full refund or exchange. Promotions are susceptible to
the 5-day money back guarantees terms of service and are not exclusive
to the original purchase.
Return Process
Upon reception of the returned item, refund or exchange processing
begins in three-to-five business days. The returned item will be
inspected and reviewed by the Quality Assurance Department on reception.
Refunds or exchanges are not eligible on products that exhibit:
Signs of wear
Custom engraving by a third-party
Size alterations by a third-party
General alterations by a third-party
Damage to the product
Returns with expectation of refund or exchange must
include the Stellina D’oro return code. Packages must be properly
sealed and packaged with inclusion of package insurance and appropriate
documents.
Stellina D’oro returns are accepted using the following three-step process:
Obtain
and include a Return Authorization Code. A Return Authorization Code
can be obtained by calling 1-877-866-8440 during business hours. Attach
the given Return Authorization Code on the return sticker included on
the original package invoice. Affix the sticker to the outside of the
returning box.
Properly package the return. Include all
original packaging and any collateral material included with the
original shipment. Additional fees or deductions from the final refund
may result if all material is not included in the return shipment.
Properly
insure the package. Follow the proper avenues and ensure that all
registered mail or packages are sent with appropriate and adequate
insurance.
Any failure to comply may impact the return process and result in
additional fees or deductions from the final refund. Stellina D’oro is
not responsible for any loss of return shipment or any damage to return
shipment packaging or product.
